Google API Services Disclosure

TinuodDavao's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere toGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Accessed & Usage

  • Email Address: Used strictly for account identification, unique user mapping, and essential service communications.
  • Full Name: Used to create your public-facing community profile.
  • Google Profile Picture: Used solely as your default profile avatar.

02Data Retention Policy

We retain your personal information (Name, Email, Avatar) for as long as you maintain an active account with TinuodDavao. This is necessary to maintain the integrity of your community contributions (nominations and votes).

Upon explicit request for account deletion, all personal data synced from Google will be permanently purged from our databases within 30 days.

03Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your Google user data.

Your data is only processed by:

  • Supabase: Our secure database provider (for storage).
  • Vercel: Our hosting provider (for transmitting data to your browser).

04Opt-Out & Deletion

You can opt-out of data collection by not using the Google Sign-In feature. If you have already registered and wish to delete your data:
